Ayanna Thomas is a Top Selling Producer with 15 years of real estate experience. Ayanna specializes in the purchase and sale of investment and residential properties. Known for her career in the Housing Apartment Industry since 2005, Ayanna gained her love for helping families find a place to call home.

A resident all her life in Texas, Ayanna grew up and was raised in the laidback town of Anahuac, however, her birthplace and much younger childhood days were in the Greater Fifth Ward area in the City of Houston. Her charisma, charm, and down-to-earth attitude attracted many who were delighted to be working with her.

Ayanna learned early on to treat people as to how she would want to be treated and never judge a book by its cover. No matter how large or small a budget to rent an apartment, lease a home, and/or Buy or Sell, Ayanna was ready to help keep her clients’ best interests at heart. Ayanna made it a point to engage and listen to her clients’ needs and wants in any transaction. Ayanna attributes her love for helping families find a place to call home under the tutelage of her loving late Aunt Dee who owned a brokerage, Momentum Properties. Her love intensified in helping families to buy and sell homes locally and in the surrounding areas and solidified in 2010 when Ayanna started working in said brokerage quickly earning title of the Top Selling Producer in 2017.

In 2019 Ayanna joined the ranks of Brokerage, Elite 5 Star Realty, owned by Kenya Fanus, a reputable, respected, and accomplished Broker, in the Baytown and surrounding areas.
